Our menu has always been evolving, and that’s by design. Our kitchen was built around the markets, not the other way around. The result is a menu that rewards regular visitors: the summer branzino gives way to a new preparation in autumn, while braised lamb may enter in winter, and spring herbs brighten dishes to start the cycle again. Our regulars find that our specials change weekly, with multiple to select from each week.

We are Market-Driven
The anchors of the menu remain consistent, because they are simply made right. House-made pasta, rolled in-house every morning. Wood-fired pizza with a blistered, airy crust. Roasted proteins that emerge from the copper ovens with a depth of flavor that only live fire can produce. These are the constants. The details around them are what keep things interesting.
Italian-American cooking, at its best, is not a fixed category. It is a conversation between two culinary traditions, carried on one dish at a time, shaped by the season, the region, and the chef’s current thinking. That is what you will find here — whether you are starting the day at the breakfast table, meeting someone for a long lunch, or settling in for a dinner that earns its own evening.
