A Chef’s Point of View

LT Living is the seasonal publication from Chef Laurent Tourondel, a magazine that reflects the way he moves through the world: with curiosity, a genuine love of good food, and a deep regard for sharing a meal with others.

Published twice a year, each issue explores where food, travel, design, entertaining, and the seasons naturally overlap. You'll find recipes from Chef Tourondel's own kitchen, field notes from markets and restaurants he has visited, conversations with producers, farmers, winemakers, and those he admires. Each issue is produced as a premium digital magazine and printed for distribution throughout his restaurants.
